Job Summary:

We are looking for a Fashion Designer and Store Assistant with experience in Mens Wear Make-to-Measure retail. The candidate will be responsible for customer consultation, styling assistance, order coordination, store operations, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from enquiry to delivery.

1. Customer Consultation & Sales

a) Attend walk-in customers and understand their fashion preferences and styling requirements.

b) Guide customers on fabric selection, garment styling, fits, and customization options.

c) Assist in achieving store sales targets through effective customer interaction and relationship building.

d) Build strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business.

e) Handle customer enquiries, calls, and appointments professionally.

2. Store Operations & Coordination

a) Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations and customer handling.

b) Answer calls and check messages on the office mobile for enquiries and appointments.

c) Ensure sales orders are punched into ERP immediately with accurate specifications.

d) Coordinate with production teams regarding order planning and execution.

e) Prepare stage-wise order schedules and maintain updates in ERP.

f) Coordinate trials, alterations, and customer fittings to ensure timely completion.

g) Ensure product dispatches are completed within committed timelines.

h) Monitor inventory and coordinate stock requirements when needed.

3. Fashion Designing & Styling

a) Assist customers in fabric combinations, garment design selection, and fashion recommendations.

b) Support design discussions and customization requirements.

c) Stay updated with current menswear trends, fabrics, and styling concepts.

d) Assist in creating styling ideas and customer look suggestions.

e)Must be proficient in taking body measurements and understanding fitting requirements for menswear made-to-measure garments.

4. Visual Merchandising & Brand Representation

a) Maintain store display standards and visual merchandising.

b) Ensure brand presentation standards are maintained at all times.

c) Coordinate with marketing initiatives and in-store promotional activities.

5. MIS & Reporting

Ensure creation and submission of reports as required by management:

a) Daily Sales Report

b) Daily Dispatch Report

c) Daily Trial & Alteration Report

d) Outstanding Payment Report

e) Production / Delivery Planner (Daily / Weekly / Monthly)

Skills & Qualification Requirements:

CAD Pattern Master – Men's Wear

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in pattern making, grading, fit analysis, and garment construction for shirts, trousers, jackets, suits, and other men's tailored garments.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, develop, and modify garment patterns using Winda CAD Software.
• Develop master patterns based on measurement charts, design specifications, and fit requirements.
• Perform pattern grading across multiple sizes.
• Verify pattern dimensions, styling details, and garment construction requirements.
• Prepare patterns with notches, sewing instructions, garment specifications, and style references.
• Support sample development, fit trials, and pattern corrections.
• Collaborate with Design, Sampling, Cutting, and Production teams to ensure production readiness.
• Optimize patterns for fit, fabric utilization, and production efficiency.
• Maintain and organize digital and physical pattern records.

Requirements

Job Title: Accountant – Odoo ERP (Mid Level )

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with hands-on experience in Odoo ERP to manage accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain books of accounts in Odoo ERP system
• Record all financial transactions including invoices, bills, receipts, and payments
• Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)
• Manage vendor payments via NEFT / RTGS / cheques
• Assist in GST and TDS compliance, data preparation and reporting support
• Reconcile debtors and creditors accounts
• Maintain sales, purchase, and inventory records in Odoo
• Handle petty cash and daily expense entries
• Support audit data preparation for internal and external audits
• Ensure accuracy and timely updating of accounting data in Odoo

Requirements:

• Commerce Graduate (B.Com preferred)
• Minimum 3 years accounting experience
