SHIPPING POLICY

• We take about 14 days to ship your custom-made shirt. In case you have ordered an imported fabric, we take 21 days to ship your order. If you've ordered more than 3 shirts, we send you the first shirt as a trial in 7 days, and once you've confirmed you're happy with the fit, we process the rest of the order.
• Please note, that in case of any unfortunate events there can be a slight delay in delivery. Though, we try our best to have your custom-shirt delivered to you in time. In rare cases when a fabric you've selected is not available, our Customer Care team will get in touch with you to help select an alternate option. If you're not happy with the alternate fabric, we will refund your money back.
• We shall keep you updated with status of your order via email and SMS -- both when it's placed, and when it's shipped out.
• In case you're shopping at one of our stores, we will send you an email and SMS when your shirt is ready for pick up.

Trademarks

The trademarks, logos and service marks ("Marks") displayed on the Site are our property and/or the property of the respective persons. Users are prohibited from using any Marks for any purpose whatsoever without our prior written permission or such third party which may own the Marks. All information and content including any software programs available on or through the Site ("Content") is protected by copyright. Users are prohibited from modifying, copying, distributing, transmitting, displaying, publishing, selling, licensing, creating derivative works or using any Content available on or through the Site for commercial or public purposes.

The Site contain copyrighted material, trademarks and other proprietary information, including, but not limited to, text, software, photos, video, graphics, music, sound, and the entire contents of the Company protected by copyright as a collective work under the applicable copyright laws. The Company owns a copyright in the selection, coordination, arrangement and enhancement of such content, as well as in the content original to it. Users may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit, any of the content, in whole or in part. Users may download / print / save copyrighted material for the User's personal use only. Except as otherwise expressly stated under copyright law, no copying, redistribution, retransmission, publication or commercial exploitation of downloaded material without the express permission of the Company and the copyright owner is permitted. If copying, redistribution or publication of copyrighted material is permitted, no changes in or deletion of author attribution, trademark legend or copyright notice shall be made. The User acknowledges that he/she/it does not acquire any ownership rights by downloading copyrighted material. Trademarks that are located within or on the Site or a website otherwise owned or operated in conjunction with the Company shall not be deemed to be in the public domain but rather the exclusive property of the Company, unless such site is under license from the trademark owner thereof in which case such license is for the exclusive benefit and use of the Company, unless otherwise stated.

SHIPPING RESTRICTION

Any items notified by our courier companies to be restricted and/or banned and/or prohibited from time to time(including but not limited to animals, bullion, currency, bearer from negotiable instruments, precious metals and stones, firearms or parts thereof and ammunition, human remains, pornography and illegal narcotics/drugs).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization. We aim to dispatch all orders within 7Days or as mentioned during Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. All orders require a signature upon receipt.

Sharing with Third-Party

We share non-personally identifiable information with Analytics to improve our website’s load time, conversion rate and to check browser type, language preference, referring site and time of visit. When you subscribe for the Services, we share personal identifiable information (Name, email, account name, IP address) with Google, Authorize.net, network online/ni so that we can learn how you use the Services, provide you support and communicate with you. System Communication & Transactional Emails- We use Mailchimp, sendgrid, share a sale, hotjar. facebook, outbrain, clevertrap as our transactional email provider. The emails we send from the Services uses such third party infrastructure and we share your name and email address with them to send out the emails. Payment - We use PayU, PayTM, EBS, paypal as our payment processor and pass on your Personal Information to them when you decide to upgrade your Services account so that this information can be used to prepare invoices.

WHEN DO WE DELIVER

All domestic orders will take about 3-4 days for delivery from the date of dispatch. International orders take a minimum of 7 days for delivery from the date of dispatch. Further information on the order status can be provided by our customer care upon request.

FREE SHIPPING

Free shipping is offered to only customers in India. For customers outside India, free shipping is only applicable if the order value exceeds ₹ 50000.

TAXES & DUTIES

For Indian Customers Product Prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties. For International Customers Most countries are shipped to or on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
